I love the florals and the look of everything on the chalkboard. Maybe you could just change the bottom white text (below the pink scripts) to a sans serif so it is a little more simple/modern and easier to read. Maybe the please join us and honoring could be a little smaller to give some more breathing room.

I agree with Christina, I think a sans serif font will give a nice crisp and clean touch. I am really liking the contrast of the florals on the chalk background!

pretty florals, succulents and palette. agree on the sans serif font for a clean aesthetic so the eye can focus on the illustration.
