I like we're I'm going with the design, but I feel it needs to be modernized a tad bit. Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this? Different font? Eliminate some elements?

I like C. Maybe try removing the flourishes at top and bottom to keep it cleaner/modern?

I like the pop of pink, myself. Maybe take off the flourishes top and bottom and make your border less hand drawn and more symmetrical. Also using a san serif font for the smaller copy might modernize it a bit.

B & judging by the results of the wedding invite challenge black backgrounds are super popular right now!

Maybe try curving the "you're invited . . ." text line? Love all the elements!

I would playa round with the bottom copy. Seems too floating, not grounded enough.

I agree with the other comments..I am loving the middle elements. Just needs a little tweaking with the rest to make it come together a little more. Great color choices!

Try having your copy in 1 or 2 lines & not condensed.

What about using a different font on the "you're invited..." line. A more contemporary one.

What about a new colour palette to freshen it up. Maybe creams and greys? I like some of the suggestions below too. Great starting point!
