You may want to try a version with the two overlapping cutouts sized up a bit. It feels a bit small on the page, and I think you'll still see enough of the pretty background. This is really elegant and lovely.

You have a lot of lovely elements here, but I think the drop shadows are overwhelming them. I'd recommend removing them, or at least toning them down quite a lot.
