I love the layout in A, but i think the colors in C combines the vintage feel with a fresh modern look.

Just a thought Jaci...have you tried this without the double rule around the outside? Not sure it's necessary.

I wonder if this design would work better not in a scallop circle. Let your illustration be the focus and give you some more space to work with the scale and typography.

Thanks guys, that helps. I'll go with the lighter background. I took some of your advice and tried cream colored background on a rectangular format. So now i need feedback on that! Thanks!
