One of the problems with pulling colors from photos is, with custom cards, once the card is for sale, a new photo is placed that may have completely different colors, or you might end up with something that is not particularly right for the season (see Emma's magical orange mittens). That said, I think your color combination here is sophisticated, and interesting. I am not sure I like the flower shapes in the photo. The flourish on the bottom could work, maybe if there was a little more to it. I do think it would look better to have the snow flakes centered between each scroll. And one little nitpicky text thing - I believe 'tis has the apostrophe before, as in It Is.

I would have to agree with all that Alex said here. This wouldn't translate well with other photos and I would also have to say there are a few too many designs and flourishes going on here
