I've never mix fonts like this before, it's outside of my comfort zone, as is something so illustrated. Any suggestions or comments would be great!

The shadow at the bottom looks great, the stack feels "grounded" now. Love everything about it!

This is looking good! The only thing I think you should work on is the pages, everything else looks slightly more realistic. Try making the color a little lighter or scan a side of a book. Have fun!

I like this invitation and love the theme but just feel there's a little something missing. I would love to see less empty space up at the top. The books, colors and fonts are WONDERFUL! : )

So i changed the bottom book color, is it still too dark? I also tried to bring the lighter colors down as accents to tie everything in and make the color flow better. I also increased the font size on the bottom book and added the shadows like Ashley recommended. Better/worse?

This is lovely and I don't think it matters about mixing up fonts when it's an illustrated piece, but these all compliment each other beautifully. I'd personally be tempted to nudge the 'rsvp' book into the middle more (I know, I know a stack can be more random, but I think it will balance the illustration better). You just have a small typo - it's 'in lieu' not 'in lue' :)

Fonts are not issue; after all books would right? Agree with the different color on the bottom book. Very fun!

I'm just starting to mix fonts like this, it's outside of my comfort zone, as is something this illustrated. Any suggestions or comments would be great!

This is too cute! I think you executed it well, there is a good mix of serif, sans serif, and italic. I would say add a scripty one, but those aren't commonly on book spines. The book instructions on the bottom are a little hard to read, increase the size or beef it up.

Well, congrats! You've done a great job with it Jennifer! I like the way the top book has two colors on the spine. The bottom book seems dark for the palette.

Wow! Great font mix you've done! I would like to see a little bit of a shadow at the bottom book on the "surface" that it must be sitting on, maybe just a darker tone to the background color, like you've done on the books spine vs. top surface? They feel floaty and unanchored right now. :)

That´s super cute Jennifer ! love the color palette ! Maybe replace the gray book with the brown color of the address. The type at the bottom is a little difficult to read, maybe increase one point or add a stroke ?
