About the Design

comments from Jillian:

This thank you card is very simple & classic. Colors were inspired by the location of Meaghan & Friso's wedding and honeymoon locales. The anchor speaks to their nautical honeymoon and interests in spending time on the water. This card only says the couples' name so they can get more use out of it other than sending thanks for their wedding gifts.

What happened to the anchors?

Alex on Aug 16, 2008 at 2:53am edit delete

I see it now. Are the stripes purposefully irregular, and is intentional to have an extra wide margin? If so, the margins don't look equal, but I like your colors and the shape and placement of your anchor. Also, it looks like your jpg compression is set a little high, which is making your graphic fuzzy. What I recommend is to export your design as a pdf, and then open it or place it into Photoshop (size it, etc.) and then 'Save For Web & Devices' as a JPG or GiF.

This is mesmerizing. I've spent at least 3 or 4 hours staring at it today, and I plan on doing the same tomorrow.
