About the Design

comments from Tiffany:

This save the date card was inspired by some rare color combinations I saw in some sunsets and it's paired with some delicate feathers for a really natural feel.

I like the movement in your individual pieces of the feather, and love the sunset color gradient! The overall shape of the feather might be a little confusing, the way it consistently gets wider towards the bottom could be mistaken for a fern or another plant. If you bring the bottom of the feather in a bit that might help - see the feathers in this link: http://fineanddandyillustration.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/feather-drawing.jpg

Nice colors. I would consider using less capital letters, upper and lowercase letters are more friendly/approachable.

I also like the colors and the general composition. I think a little bit more tweaking it can be beautiful. It now feels a little bit stuck and un feathery. In addition to what had suggested maybe try to curve the right feather more, so it will form a more circular flowing movement. Also maybe another font. I think that the font should compliment the feather in such a way that it contrasts it, but not too much. The two elements are now too different and not together.
