I chose A. The font choices here look the best. Also the color choices are great together.

I like your color palette, it reminds me of spring or the sea. Have you tried switching the s.t.d. square and the photo beneath it to the left side? The band with the names could contrast the green a bit more, maybe a tan? Hope this helps.

i agree with Manuela that some color contrast may help. another idea for achieving this may be to select some different photos that have less greenery in them. good luck!

I suggest working on your fonts a little more. I would try a sans serif with the script or all caps with the script... it needs more contrast. Also, I don't think you need the last names for a save the date, unless you are going for a really formal/traditional feel.
