I like Option A but maybe moving the logo into the left hand corner a little bit more.

Thanks, Tiffany, the centering is a little wonky...I think I am going to move it over to the left corner, since the "center" of that graphic will depend on how long the person's name is.

I think having a very fine line under the design may ground the design better. Just my opinion... :-)
