i like the concept on this. the feedback i'd give you would be to lose the drop shadows on the tea pot and the type. i think the white on pink stands out enough on its own and doesn't need it. also you may want to try out another typeface besides MA-Sexy - it's a bit too funky for type on a card that appears to be going for elegance. other than that i think it's cute :)

cute teapot! I agree that you don't need the drop shadows. It makes the small type nearly illegible. Wondering about the use of MA_Sexy. Maybe try it for just the birthday girl's name? Lastly, fun idea, but I am not a fan of the phrase "birth-tea."

love the teapot. feel like the dashed border is competing for too much attention. might try it in a pink 2 shades darker than the current.
