About Alisha Bowker

I am a Southern California native who now calls New York home. I have the privilege of working as a therapist for trauma victims, and sharing in their journey to heal. Doing this work has its rewards, but also forces me to confront the dark aspects of humanity on a daily basis. As a form of self-care I use my art to depict my raw, ragged emotions that sometimes feel to big to express any other way.
