I’m back today with yet another party DIY that’s so easy, you really don’t need instructions (but I’m gonna give them to you!). I just want to spread the word that you don’t have to resort to ugly, store-bought decor to create a fun, eye-catching party backdrop. Basically, if you can cut a circle, you can make this.

Supplies:
• Colored paper
• Circle cutter (optional)
• Scissors
• Masking tape

Steps:
1. Cut circles from the colored paper (this job is made a lot easier with a circle cutter or die-cut machine).
2. Fold circles in half and cut on the crease.
3. Tape on wall in a straight or curved line to create a scalloped banner backdrop.
