easy balloon chandelier

By Melanie of You Are My Fave

Balloons are great on so many levels. They can be used for any type of party, they’re inexpensive, and smile inducing. Here’s an easy way to display them without spending a dime on helium but still getting a floating effect.

Supplies:
- balloons (these are the tie dye variety from Party City)
- fishing wire
- a hook

This is so easy, it’s almost embarrassing to list steps.

Step one: Blow up your balloons.

Step two: Knot fishing wire around end of balloon then trim wire in various lengths.

Step three: Knot the other end of the fishing wire to the hook, staggering the lengths so each balloon hangs at a slightly different height.

Step four: Attach hook to ceiling for a balloon chandelier.
