painted geometric garland

By Melanie of You Are My Fav

It’s a proven fact* that hanging up garlands in your home makes you happier. With that in mind, there’s no need to wait around until there’s a celebration to hang them up. This painted geometric garland is season neutral and can be hung up in a matter of an hour.

Supplies:
- fabric squares (I used felt so there’s no need to finish the edges)
- fabric paint
- painter’s tape
- paint brush or roller
- needle and thread

Step one: Use the tape to create shapes adhere them onto the middle of the fabric squares.

Step two: Paint the fabric squares and let dry then peel off the tape.

Step three: String with a needle and thread then hang to enjoy.

*Okay, so I made that up but it sure can’t hurt.
