Ruffled’s ‘Getting Hitched’ Save the Date Judge’s pick.

Oh, Ruffled, how do I love thee. Let me count the ways. I adore all of your insanely creative DIY ideas. Your ‘Real Weddings’ always have a hint of old world glamour. You have a wonderful green marketplace for ‘recycling your wedding’ = pure genius. But most of all I love Amanda Nistor’s voice and aesthetic and how it is carried throughout the site. So without further ado, I am very pleased to bring you Amanda’s top five picks from the ‘Getting Hitched’ Save the Date challenge, including her Judge’s pick.
Says Amanda of the challenge: “I am overwhelmed with the creativity and talent of all designers who participated in the Design Challenge. So, so so many gorgeous designs!”

These are great! Love people who don’t take their weddings too seriously.

Sad they weren’t around for my wedding 9 years ago. I had to make my own. Options on the response card sent to my good friends was “Yes, I’ll be there!” and “Sorry, maybe next time.”

  2. The Save-The-Date-O-Matic is adorable!

Awesome work… all of them are so creative and unique :D

  7. Very creative, very different. I like the one with the palm tree as well as the first one. The palm tree one would be great for a destination wedding I think.
