This position will be reporting to the Technical Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain information technology systems, including PC and LAN equipment, VOIP, peripherals, network connectivity and intranet, storage and local Linux servers.

The number one responsibility of the Manager, SEO is to drive traffic and revenue by creating and implementing onsite and off-Minted SEO strategies and tactics. - Lead the implementation of a new email service provider, including the integration with Minted’s customer database
- Set up automated trigger-based workflows and reporting tools. Develop a detailed email schedule for each customer segment throughout the year that maximizes impact and optimizes the customer experience
- Design and maintain a detailed customer segmentation model (by demographics, product category, purchase and browsing behavior, voting behavior, etc.). Proactively conceive and develop new segmentation strategies to ensure email relevance to all customers
- Working closely with the Director of Marketing as well as the merchandising and creative teams, own the day-to-day execution of promotional emails including implementing copy and creative from the design team, selecting the lists, testing, QC etc.
- Utilize aggressive multivariate testing and regular optimization to continuously maximize email campaign performance and improve key performance indicators
- In addition to email, own segmentation and analysis for direct marketing channels including remarketing ads, direct mail, inserts, etc.
