Instructions for International Orders

1. Choose the design you want and start customizing it using our online tools. If you need help or a custom design, please contact us.
2. When you’re finished customizing your design using our online tools, click on “save for later.” Please register or sign in to complete the process.
3. Contact us at 1-408-458-1196 or international[at]minted.com or skype:callminted to complete your purchase – we will confirm your shipping and duty costs as well as process payment.
4. You will receive an email proof of your order within a few days. Once you approve the proof your order will be printed and shipped directly to you.

Note: Each invitation can be printed in a variety of languages or alphabets. If you do not see something that meets your requirements, please contact us.

Shipping Times

Shipping Times will vary based on the destination and the level of service chosen. Please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping options for your locality. We will ship most orders via FedEx.

Taxes and Duties

International customers may be required to pay additional duties and taxes. We will calculate these for you as part of the ordering process. Please contact us if you have questions.
