hey, I am trying to start a stationery business. I have adobe illustrator but it so hard to figure out.Where is the best place to learn that program or is there a better program to design stationery
Illustrator is the way to go. I learned mostly through trial and error although I have seen lots of night classes for adults at my local college. I would start out there. Good luck!
Definitely Illustrator. Lynda.com has great video tutorials. You can do a month at a time for $25 or $37.50 includes the exercise files.
I would also recommend Nicolesclasses.com - they teach several Adobe Illustrator classes and I've found them all to be informative. They are video tutorials so you can do the lessons are your own pace.
