Hi Sara! Thank you so much for your sweet comment! You made my weekend! No, off course not! I was thinking about printing some for me too ;) Have a beautiful rest of your weekend, God bless you.
Hey Sara. Thanks for the heads up on my H-squared card. Can you lead me to the one you're referring to in non-photo? I can't seem to find it! Thanks!!! ~Beth
Hi Sara the layout of my stationery submission " my guitar" is similar to your "Fiddler" ...I didn't see it before submitting mine...please let me know if you feel the same too...I will take it out ..thanks :)
Thanks Sara for your comments on my minibook design! I hope it looks a little cleaner now (and minus the guidelines I forgot to hide!). Thanks again and have a good day!
Sara - thank you for your suggestion for my Comin'Down the Mountain card. Do you mind taking another look and let me know what you think? Thank you!! :o) http://www.minted.com/design-rating/93043
Hi Sara! Thanks so much for the feedback on my design. Switched to business pen font... do you think this looks better? Thank you!!! http://www.minted.com/design-rating/85471
Hey, Sara! Are you on Facebook?
Congrats on being the homepage featured designer this week, Sara! How exciting! I really adore your Simply Sweet Watercolor. Can't wait to see what you think up for the next wedding challenge!
Thank you for the suggestion on my "spirited" banner Sara! I tried out a little orange and really liking it. take a peek when you have a sec and let me know what you think :D
Thanks so for the comment, Sara! You're outdoing me with Parks references. I actually had to look that one up! LOL ;)
Sara, thanks for your comment but I have not shown different colorways. I have shown 2 different designs; this one a female bicycle and the other designed for a male. I am sure that if I do the wrong thing the site administrators will let me know.
I was just voting and noticed you used Champaign, IL as a location...I'm an Illinois alum too :) Made me smile for sure, great entries this challenge- best of luck!
Sara, I really like your designs, but especially love New Year. New Life. Together. The typography is stunning!
Sara, thanks for your feedback on my design you are so right, the square works so much better and changing the font worked as well. I so appreciate it and updated the new design, hope you approve.
Hi Sara, I thanks so much for the feedback on my design! I kind of felt the same way, but was having a hard time picking something out. Because the pattern isn't a true paisley (like on bandanas) I wanted to convey that western feel. Any other thoughts on how to convey this or a different font to use? Thanks again!
Hi Sara-Thanks so much for leaving me a message. So happy for you! One door closes and another opens :) I need to remember that.
Sara, a belated congrats on your win! I remember that we joined minted at around the same time; it's wonderful that you haven't stayed away for too long.
thanks for the feedback. i will try that.
Hi Sara, thanks for the feedback. I made an update.
Hi Sara! I'm a fellow Nashvillian, just stopping by to say hello :)
Sara!!! Congrats on your win!
Hi Sara! I just wanted to congratulate you on your win!!! I missed the last challenge, but I went through to see some of the designs- loved your entries! Congrats again!
Hey Sara. I just sent you an email at your aol account...just giving you a head ups. :)
Yes, I'm new. I looked everywhere and the directions suggested that you could use the photos but didn't say you had too. I'm bummed. No time to go back and re-do them. Love your work.
thanks for the feedback i will correct my mistake
Thanks Sara. I created the balloon dog for the current bday challenge but I plan on using it on personal stationery. I don't really have a store as of current though. =D
Thanks for the tips. I made changes. Minted is great!
thanks for the feedback...
Thanks for the tip on going from AI into PS. It was weird, only one of the four blue colors I chose shifted color. I'll try this technique.
Keep up the good work Sara! I like your use of repetitive elements in "Retro Flavor" and "Pop Kitties".
I am happy to hear that you like the floral pattern. My illustrations are usually created in Illustrator. The floral pattern was an inspiration from an ornate mirror frame in my mother's home. I took a picture of it and traced it in Photoshop. I do try my best to create and use original elements and encourage you to keep doing same. I must say that it's sometimes a lot of work (I often run into creative blocks) but it's very rewarding! P.S. If I was in Grade 2 I'd get my parents to buy me the "choo choo choose me" valentine to hand out to my classmates! :)
