Hi I'm Leanda, a brit stranded abroad in Greece with my wonderful husband George and gorgeous little boy Leo. I was a graphic designer until the crisis hit in 2009 and I lost my job. Happily very soon after I became a mum! Now I have time to concentrate on what I love best, creating designs from my little home studio. I'm partial to a bit of crochet and crafting and adore mid-century modern and typography.

Dear Customer,
From,
Please write a short statement about where you call home and what inspires you as an artist. (Limited to 275 characters or less). This note will be displayed to customers on the product details page of your art prints on the Minted website.
Sample: Annie Clark approaches her art with a graphic designer's eye. A long-time resident of the Mission in San Francisco, she is constantly inspired by the diverse color and texture of her neighborhood.
Leanda Xavian has a long background in graphic design which has influenced her work greatly. Raised in England and now living in Greece, she draws on to these two diverse cultures for inspiration.
Please write a short note to customers who purchase your art prints. Every Minted Art Print will come with a special folded card that includes your picture and a thank you from the artist, adding a special personal touch that helps customers remember you and your artwork. This is separate from the Thank You Note above and is important to position the art piece as a high-end piece with credibility.
To help us prepare your special card, please make sure that the image of you on the site is a photograph, not a logo, and please draft a thank you note to customers, limiting yourself to 150 characters. No words will be added to your statement, so your statement should be written in its entirety, including your name. Please do not include your contact info or a URL. This information could create confusion for follow-up customer service.
Sample: Hello! I am so honored you chose my artwork to hang in your home. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have in making it. Best to you, Annie
Hello! I am thrilled that you have chosen to purchase my artwork. I do hope it will look perfect in its new home and that you enjoy it as much as I did making it. All the best, Leanda
Hi again! "Liking" a design does 3 things, it lets the designer know you like their design, it lets other designers gauge how popular a design might be by seeing how many likes it has, and it gives the person doing the liking the ability to track their favorite designs during the voting process (meaning that during the period of time that voting is going on, you can sort designs by 'your favorites' as well as by designer or most recently submitted, etc.) I hope that makes sense. Voting means actually scoring the designs. Although the term voting is not really appropriate. A better term would be rating. During the time voting is open, designers and minted customers can come and rate as few or many of the designs as they wish/have time for. Many designers feel obligated to rate all of the designs in any competition they enter, but that's up to you. The top 20 designs from any competition are automatically made available for sale on minted. In addition, Minted will choose many more designs to sell. How long voting will be open, and how long until winners are announced is always a mystery! Your Cherry Pie entry is lovely. Good luck!
I absolutely love your Cherry Pie Art Print. A favorite of mine! And welcome to minted!
Oops, should have checked first - looks like you got it!
I would just add in an updated version of your design. The original will still be there (it will become smaller, and your new version will take it's place) that way you will keep your Likes.
Hi Leandra, very fun design! to submit an edited version, simply go to "my design studio", click on "manage your collection", then click on "edit" under your design. You will have the choice to take it down and resubmit (all comments and 'likes' will be lost, or to upload an edited version. Hope that helps!
