Hallo, thanks for your comment on my work! I like your designer name too ;)
Thank you for your lovely comments on my work!
Hello Julie, thank you for the like on Gothic Mondrian. I love you use of saturated color! All the best to you!
Hi Julie, good to 'see' you on the Minted call. I was not able to understand who was talking, I had a bit of a disconnect with the conversation so I did not open my month. I did enjoy listening to the questions, comments and answers. Cheers, Robin
Hi J&J, thanks for your lovely message. I just finished voting on the personal stationery challenge, I am always surprised at how energy it takes to review so many entries. Every time I vote I understand more about how much I am in over my head. I think did way too much corporate identity design in my career to loosen up enough for Minted customers. I am going to work on my freehand skills and get better at using cheery colors. I am going to also try and make sure every design submitted has a concept, no, I like it because it is pretty stuff, even if it means I never get a 'win'. At this point in my life, doing good work is all that matters to me . . . okay, no not really, I like to win at least some of the time. I look forward to seeing more of designs in the next challenge. Good luck on the stationery challenge, you did great work. Cheers, Robin
Welcome to Minted Julie & Jen! It's always great to see local designers participating in this global community! -Brandy
I see flowers in your latest design!
Hi gals, I know how you feel. I am also finding my way around the Minted design process. I feel like I have made many missteps, my biggest problem is moving away from my authentic design self to fit into the Minted way of designing and working. It is driving me nuts. So I am trying to back off and go back to my design roots. I must say that seeing your work has saved my sanity. I love your work and the way you stay (at least as far as I can tell) authentic to your true design selves. I love your work and your way of thinking which is very clever and fresh. The Minted editors keep asking us for fresh new designs and quite honestly I don't know what this means to them. Please feel free to contact me at email@example.com anytime. I hope to see more of your work this weekend, I really do look forward to seeing new things from you both. Cheers, Robin :D
Hi Julie & Jen, if you ever see a design from me with more than one flower, please yell at me and remind why I went to design school. Have a great evening, see you tomorrow. Thanks, Robin
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. I would love to see more of your amazing clean and simple typography you used in earlier challenges for your personal stationery designs.
Hi julie & jen. Thanks so much for all the comment & feedback you give to my designs. I appreciated it very much. God bless you always!
Thanks very much for your great comment. Welcome to minted and good luck to the challenge.
