Outside of my family and faith, there's nothing I enjoy more than designing fresh, fun and lovely paper goods that celebrate the beautiful moments and important relationships of life.

Dear Customer,
From,
Please write a short statement about where you call home and what inspires you as an artist. (Limited to 275 characters or less). This note will be displayed to customers on the product details page of your art prints on the Minted website.
Sample: Annie Clark approaches her art with a graphic designer's eye. A long-time resident of the Mission in San Francisco, she is constantly inspired by the diverse color and texture of her neighborhood.
Please write a short note to customers who purchase your art prints. Every Minted Art Print will come with a special folded card that includes your picture and a thank you from the artist, adding a special personal touch that helps customers remember you and your artwork. This is separate from the Thank You Note above and is important to position the art piece as a high-end piece with credibility.
To help us prepare your special card, please make sure that the image of you on the site is a photograph, not a logo, and please draft a thank you note to customers, limiting yourself to 150 characters. No words will be added to your statement, so your statement should be written in its entirety, including your name. Please do not include your contact info or a URL. This information could create confusion for follow-up customer service.
Sample: Hello! I am so honored you chose my artwork to hang in your home. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have in making it. Best to you, Annie
Hi Karen, It is so rewarding to have you comment on my rose design as I so admire your work. I'm thinking that Christmas goose is going to win and your little baby boats. Just beautiful work Karen.
Thanks Karen. I so admire your work. And after reading your interview a while back, am so impressed with all of the things that you juggle. You must have limitless energy!
Thank you so much for commenting on my snowflakes :) Being new on here, I really appreciate the feedback. I've been looking at your page and your work is breathtaking - love the Etsy shop too! Best of luck to you on this challenge :)
Hi Karen! Many thanks to you for the great comment and help, yeah it is better now changing the font size. God bless you always!
Thanks for your comment on Jolly Holly , a cool tid bit of info I'v discovered over the years I dont use strokes a) because they dont convert properly when sizing your illustration b) they are very limited and you can not put a texture or patern on them properly. I use offset paths and so far it has made my world just a little bit awesomer.
thank you for the comment karen :) you do lovely work btw!
Hi Karen, Your work is gorgeous! Wonderful sense of color and shape. I wanted to thank you for your compliment on my card for the Chronicle challenge. It means a lot. Linda

oops, such sweet things not so sweet things : )
Hi Karen, I was just checking out your new etsy shop. So sweet things. The one suggestion that I have for you on the stationery sets is to include the amount in a set somewhere in the introduction of the product. It took me a little bit of time to figure out that it was 15. Just from my personal experience from etsy, most people want to know all the info up front and don't want to have to go searing for the info. Simple saying set of (15) A2 note cards instead of set of A2 note cards would be helpful. Just a suggestion : )
Thanks for the comments on my pretty petals!
Thanks for the comments Karen- they made me smile :) hah
You do great work. Love the details. BTW thanks for the comment.
thank you for your comment, love your work :)
Karen: I had a question for you. Can you email me jill [at] legacydigitaldesign.com when you have a chance?
Thanks for your nice comments on my designs. I went to BYU so Orem seems kinda homey to me, I love it there.
Hi again! Thanks for your very sweet note, Karen. And right back at ya: you are a truly gifted designer! Hope you do well in this challenge; your entries are lovely as usual. :)
Hi Karen! Thanks for your comment about the holiday card. No worries! Best of luck to you in the challenge.
Karen, do you still need help adjusting your ice cream design file? Email me - info@designlotus.com. I figured out a way...
Thanks for all the sweet congrats, Karen! I so glad they picked your little plaid elephant design as editor's pick- its one of my favorite. All the best!
I thought "sweet amelia" was beautiful in the beginning but I have to say I wasn't prepared for what I would find when seeing the finished suite just now. It is absolutely stunning. I am in awe of the backer and envelope liner. You totally outdid yourself on this one. You should win an award for "best complementary designs for an already award-winning design"!
thank you for your sweet comments, karen. and big congrats for your top ten win! your work is always gorgeous, and "sweet amelia" was one of my favorites.
Thank you, Karen! Cheers to your win too! :)
Congratulations- your Sweet Amelia was one of my favorites :)
Love your wedding design, Sweet Amelia. Another fabulous job. Holly
Hi Karen! I wanted to thank you for the honest comment on one of my birth announcements. I definitely did not mean for it to be offensive to anyone. Although I clearly understand where you are coming from, I did not mean at all that twins are not unique individuals. I was just very thankful you shared your perspective while I was still able to delete it from the contest. I promise that I do try to be tasteful with my designs, and had I thought of your perspective in advance - I would've never posted it!
Thanks for your comment and I lighted the blue in my Deco Wedding deign..hopefully it displays better!
Thanks for the comments. It was my 7 yr old son that suggested that I do a design with a spider...I gave it a shot.
Thanks Karen! Congratulations on Dandy Love!
Thank you Karen!
Thanks so much Karen!

I appreciate your comment - thanks!
I'm a newbie and I'm wondering if you make your graphics (i.e. vines on 10 challenge) on your own. If so, what program? If not, what sources do you find usable (legally) images like this? I'd appreciate your input if you are willing to give it. I love your ideas, congrats on the awards!
Congratulations Karen! I love Mistletoe Wreath!
