About Kampai Designs

Kampai Designs was dreamed up on a holiday in Japan (kampai means "cheers" in Japanese) when I was pondering how to add some creativity to my life and make use of my surface design skills. After studying graphic design I have now found the creative outlet I was looking for and I love being part of the amazing Minted community.

Hi Lynette, thanks for being so sweet. This challenge is fun ... and I'm actually not swamped at work, so I have time to do more illustrations. (I'm deathly afraid of 'frogs') and I remember you had a cute illustration of one in the Valentine's Challenge. Why not revamp that design (put a bithday hat on him and give him some ballons etc ... add 'Hope you have a Hoppin' Bithday) and enter it in this challenge! I think it would be super!!! Just a thought. Loving your submissions also!

Thank you for your comment on "Toasted," Lynette! I think you should bring s'mores to Oz and everyone will love you! :) We have beach bonfires here and toast marshmallows over the fire. It's a fun summer treat.
