Sample: Annie Clark approaches her art with a graphic
designer's eye. A long-time resident of the Mission in San
Francisco, she is constantly inspired by the diverse color and
texture of her neighborhood.
Elaine is a graphic designer by profession, but has always loved art. She didn't know what design was until college - her early days were spent drawing and painting. Now she pears design principles with her natural artistic talent to create one-of-a-kind designs.
Please write a short note to customers who purchase your
art prints. Every Minted Art Print will come with a special
folded card that includes your picture and a thank you from the
artist, adding a special personal touch that helps customers
remember you and your artwork. This is separate from the Thank
You Note above and is important to position the art piece as a
high-end piece with credibility.
To help us prepare your special card, please make sure that
the image of you on the site is a photograph, not a logo, and
please draft a thank you note to customers, limiting yourself
to 150 characters. No words will be added to your statement,
so your statement should be written in its entirety,
including your name. Please do not include your contact info or
a URL. This information could create confusion for follow-up

Thank you so much for your help on my Flourish design. I totally agreed with text needing to be a little more modern. I really wish i would have asked for advice earlier because i didnt leave myself the time to make improvements this morning. and as it turns out our office has recently taken away privledges to install new fonts on our computers, so I was left with limited font choices and about 30 minutes UGH. I made a few changes because i just couldnt leave it as it was. but i didnt want you to think i ignored you guys.. i apreciate the help sooo much! Thanks again!
It was so nice to meet you today, Elaine! It was so much fun creating with other people who get excited about paper projects! Love your "E." Hope we can do it again, soon. And, congrats, again, on your Vegas award! :)

You are quick! No sooner was I editing the second version and there you were with the kind attention to details! You really are a design powerhouse Elaine! It's wonderful to see what you will come up with next! And thank you!

Hey Elaine! Thank you for your sweet note...hooray for UGA alums on Minted! I graduated in '09 so I bet we crossed paths a few times and may not have realized it :) I wasn't able to make it back for the last few exit shows so I feel so out of the loop. Anyways...You have some really great designs in the recent wedding challenge...keep up the good work!
Elaine, love the variety in your work. Best of luck in the design Challenge!
Hi Elaine, thanks for your comment on my Marriage by the Letters design. I've been messing around with how to treat all the letters and it's been fun and challenging! I am hoping to come up with a better design and one that won't confound the minted designers if it gets chosen! Thanks again, Carol
Hi, Elaine! Thanks for the love for my "Lark" holiday tag. Nice to see yet another UGA alum (I graduated in 2005.) Great work so far on Minted! Welcome to the community, and good luck!
