The Minted community is a meritocracy. Our CMYK program is one way that we celebrate exceptional performance. We announce sales-based qualifiers (at all levels) annually in Q1 and wins-based qualifiers (Cyan and Magenta only) twice annually.

  • A Meet a Mintie feature on Julep for designers never before profiled
  • A 50% off coupon that can be used twice a year (instead of once)
  • An 8x10 framed Minted Art Print
Yellow
  • By meeting the highest percentage threshold of sales in the wedding, baby & kids and/or holiday categories
  • ALL OF THE ABOVE, PLUS
  • A quarterly bonus on top of commissions earned
  • You will be up for consideration for the annual SF Minted office visit.
  • An 11x14 framed Minted Art Print (instead of 8x10)
Black
  • Same as Yellow, but in addition...
  • You agree to design exclusively for Minted
