very pretty lettering. I think a san serif font for the family name like futura or myriad would make the design feel more modern.

Love the quill joy! I wonder if you should move the swashes farther from the name/date line in case customers want to add more text there. I also think you should center "joy" and then add the swashes to other parts of the letters, to better balance each other. I'm sure the whole element is centered to the document size but "joy" is reading too far to the left. Does that make sense?

Ashley, Thank you for all your feedback. Yes, all of it makes sense, I was already fussing on it quite a bit as far as centering "JOY". Will take this one back to my tablet for a few more tweaks.
