Hi Amy. I've been struggling with what to say on this design. As always, feel free to ignore my thoughts! To me, the brooch designs come across like a combo of the hilt of an ornate ancient sword and those transformer robots. On the other hand, I think the colors and typography are stellar!

Agree, it's very beautiful and elegant. I feel like the names need a bit more emphasis. Perhaps just size them up a tad.

It's the bottom one mostly. The top portion looks like the head with the open spaces as the eye sockets and the horned helmet above, the lower part is his shoulders and chest... You probably had to raise four boys through the fad--LOL! sorry--I should have kept my 'mouth' shut ;)

They look like crosses to me, which seem quite appropriate for a lot of weddings. I think it is just beautiful. It would be pretty with a pale blue background and dark, dark brown text and graphics too! It's one of those that would work with any color palette.

One more thing . . . I'm working on a "Vintage Filigree" Design, inspired by antique filigree wedding rings . . . which is taking forever. Anyway, just didn't want you to think I was being a "Copy Cat" when you see it come up in the gallery!! It doesn't look anything like yours but the inspiration is similar :)

so pretty, amy! i don't see transformers :). they look like gorgeous pieces of jewelry. the only thing i'm not totally sure about is the third line being in the script. the church seems appropriate to emphasize for importance, but that line is distracting to me......maybe the date instead? just my opinion though -- all subjective, i know. it is a beautiful invitation!

Love the concept and the brooch at the top. The one at the bottom seems heavy to me. I love the different typefaces but maybe make the names a little larger?

Gorgeous! You executed this so well! I feel silly making suggestions when I'm such a newbie to Minted, but did you try adding subtle color to the gem stones? Like a rich ruby in the center or amethyst to really pop like jewelry? Or a really, really soft blue to reflect like diamonds? Great flexibility for brides to customize to their wedding colors too. Love it!

great typographic treatment! The illustration reminds me of gem encrusted crosses from the British Museum--but there isn't anything wrong with that. :)
