There are parts of this that look very painterly and rich in the "clouds." The dripping area seems unfinished in comparison and feels thin. The dotted lines are interesting; they create a gentle tension with the splatter dots which I think tends to work out.

Fun- I love your concept and colors! Maybe just a little more white space to allow features to have prominence?
