I'm afraid I don't get the title, but the design looks great! If it were mine, I would probably try just one row deep of the parenthesis on the tag and I might try centering 'piper' name on the side of the address. Just my thoughts.

this might be a far stretch but the "parenthesis" seem to make the shape of stretched out garlic cloves... so the title works :)
