I LOVE this design. I work in the wedding industry where a majority of my time is spent selling "affluent beach" weddings. I see A LOT of invitations, so I can say that this one is so perfect for an event like that!! It's clean, elegant and sophisticated. The combination of font and texture creates the perfect fusion to attract both bride and groom (not to mention how "inviting" it actually is to the upscale beach going friends this couple is inviting). I have seen so many cheesy beach "themed" or beach "color" invitations that are so stale and unoriginal. This invitation actually jumped out and said to me, "You want to come to this wedding... It will be classic, romantic and stylish... yet fun, relaxed and most importantly an event my boyfriend won't complain about (before, during or afterwards)!"
