I prefer this one- it's a great concept, and looks more elegant and "adult" in black, but the varied colors still let the fun side show!

Your design is fun, but to be grammatically correct, you need to remove the apostrophe from the family's name. Even better, it could read "the greysons have moved"

I like the black doors better. It feels cleaner with the straight cutoff between doors and text.

Super cute. Agree with the grammar comment. An apostrophe is incorrect.
