I really love how crisp and modern this feels. One of my favourite photo invites.

LOVE the NEON. I was thinking of a way to use a NEON color because it's so in right now.

I love your changes! I would maybe lose the " please join us" all together as it distracts from the names (mostly because it's sideways). Otherwise, this is an awesome submission!

oooo! I was trying to think of how to incorporate a horizontal band like this - but you did it way better than anything I could come up with. The yellow on grey is beautiful. The aqua is a really pretty addition, but is getting lost in the grey. I might swap it out for white. Also, the tiny text next to the name is so hard to read... maybe a different font? Since the main focus seems to be on that horizontal band, maybe try down-playing the block of text at the bottom. Since everything is so neatly aligned at the top, you might not need the clean block of text... a ragged edge could add a little bit of organic appeal. I think a more casual font may work better than the trajan... but I like that it's serif - nice contrast to the big yellow sans serif text. Oh my, I just wrote you a novel :)

Oh wow. This could definitely be a photo winner! Agree with Hailey in terms of changing the body copy. I think a san serif would suit it better. I was also thinking rather than having commas you could use a vertical bar |?
