Very impressive illustration!
I can't believe I haven't left a comment for this one yet. It's incredible - I envy your illustration skills! You've surely got a winner on your hands... :)
Awesome illustration! Love it! :)
i love this! such talent :)
thanks for the suggestions - how are the apples looking now? i scooted the names over so they were more "centered" under the words. i tried them horizontally but i think angled looks better.
I think it looks great! Definitely a winner! Good job!
that honey script is insanely awesome.
love Love LOVE!!!
this is really awesome ! Great job!
so cool! love the type and illustrations!
Wow -what a stand out! Nice job!
Awesome work! :)
Love the honey!!
gorgeous - love the whole layout - so unique and fresh!!
perfectly illustrated. great job!
it's not quite done but i wanted to get it out there! i plan on adding details to the rest of the script and perhaps the background soon. any advice is welcome!
I think its awesome. The submission kit said they were looking for photo cards, so you may want to make room for a photo.
wow, extremely awesome :) perhaps you could play just a little with the position of the year and family name, but it looks great either way.
The written honey script looks awesome - I would simply tone down the apple red because I find it competing with the wording.
Same comment about the red. Maybe widen the shadow a bit more or make it a tiny bit more prominent. Also maybe add a tiny shadow on the green leaf or work to balance that green color towards the bottom left for balance. All in all really strong illustrative text and way to go beyond the stereotypes (good research)!
I love this idea. Soooo awesome. Way to think "outside the box."
