Prairie Tale by Moglea

Congratulations to Moglea – this design, Prairie Tale, was voted #1 by Minted customers!  We agree wholeheartedly.  This is a beautiful modern interpretation of sweet animals welcoming a new arrival, with composition and color making this design unusual and unforgettable.

Posie-tively Pretty by Karen Glenn

This was a very, very hard prize to award.  There were so many over-the-top-pretty designs that set our hearts aflutter, as you can tell from the number of runners up we’ve chosen to show you here.

Winner: Posie-tively Pretty by Karen Glenn – we love the grey and red palette, which could have been harsh but comes off as delicate in this design.  There is an unusual blend of preppy and craft in this design, with the bouquet marrying together white space and stripes in a fresh way.

Best Couple’s Wedding Shower Design:

Molecular Wedding by Tyler Tea

Winner: Molecular Wedding by Tyler Tea. What can we say?  This is a design that is beautiful, clever, and unusual, and appealed to the inner nerd in us.  We love that this designer took a risk and submitted something very different, and we can see this design appealing to both brides and grooms-to-be.

Runners Up for Best Couple's Wedding Shower Design

Best Couple’s Baby Shower Design:

Family Tree by Three Kisses Studio

Winner: Family Tree by Three Kisses Studio.  This was a difficult decision too, as we loved the humor of Ann Gardner’s entry and the sweetness of Nocciola’s and Aspacia Henspetter’s  entries.  In the end, though, we loved the beauty and simplicity of this design by Three Kisses Studio, perfect to celebrate the arrival of that special little bird.  We especially admired the hand-crafted feel  and perfectly chosen colors of this card.

Best Design from a Minted Newbie:

Baby Book Shower by Tyler Tea

Yes, Tyler Tea wins a second award for Best Newbie for his design “Baby Book Shower”.  Congratulations on a strong performance in your Minted debut!  And welcome to Jessica Rose, who submitted the beautiful “International Baby”, which we think will be a hit with Minted customers.
